Features
Easy and quick testing is possible
- No special measuring equipment is required. Anyone can easily perform the test.
- It is ideal for pre-ELISA screening and daily process control.
Suitable for a variety of food, including raw materials and pre-processed foods
- It is possible to test various foods with or without heating or pressurization.
- In addition to the testing of raw materials and processed foods, wiping tests can also be performed.
Full range of tests
- Testing for all specified raw materials is possible: egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, and shellfish.
- Testing for soy, sesame, and almonds, which are the recommended items, is possible.
- Since the extraction solution is common for all, simultaneous testing of multiple items is possible.
High specificity testing is possible.
- High specificity monoclonal antibodies according to our own technology are used.
Highly sensitive detection of food allergens is possible
- It is possible to detect 2 ppm allergenic protein in food.
- There is a high correlation with the notification method ELISA for specific raw materials.

The time from sample preparation to determination is about 1 hour.
