Simple test method

Testing Method

For wipe testing with a cotton swab

Wipe the test area with a cotton swab moistened with buffer solution. Put the cotton swab in the buffer solution and mix well. Apply to the position of the DIP line, hold for 3 seconds and take it away. Determination after 10 minutes.

Precautions for Testing

  • This kit does not contain wiping swabs or buffer solution.
  • Since allergens in food cannot be detected, please use Allergeneye Immunochromato for Heated.
  • When testing rinse water after cleaning equipment, dilute it 10 times with phosphate-buffered saline before testing.
  • If the protein to be detected is degraded by hydrolysis, etc., or if the protein to be detected is denatured by heating (high temperature or high pressure) treatment such as retorting, etc.,
    detection sensitivity may be lowered.
