Participated in the "Food Drive Test Run" (Hokkaido Plant)

In March 2019, Prima Meat Packers Co., Ltd. Hokkaido Plant (Shimizu-cho, Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido) participated in the "Food Drive Test Run" sponsored by the Tokachi General Promotion Bureau.

The "Food Drive Test Run" is an initiative for effective utilization of food that would otherwise be discarded, even though it is still safe to eat.

This time, 200 packs of dry sausages produced at the Hokkaido Plant were donated to a social welfare corporation which operates a children's cafeteria, and other organizations.

The company will continue to actively participate in the initiative whenever the opportunity is available.
