While the company's business performance was strong, it was looking for something to contribute to the local community as a company, and with an introduction from the local public employment security office, it started employing people with disabilities.
The company currently employs six people with disabilities, mainly at the ham and sausage production site. They range in age from 20 to 59, and two of them have been working there since then (15 years ago) and are still working there today.
