Announcement for Shareholders Using Special Accounts
A special account is an account opened by Prima Meat Packers with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank for shareholders who did not deposit their share certificates with the Japan Securities Depository Center (JASDEC) at the time of the transition to electronic share certificates.
*Shares recorded in a special account cannot be sold in securities markets. In order to facilitate procedures related to shares, please open an account at a securities company and transfer in shares from your special account.
