On April 1, 2021, we restated our mission to make it clearer and easier to remember.

Prima Meat Packers Group traces its origins back to 1931, with the founding of Takegishi Hamu Shokai (Takegishi Meat Packers Ltd.). Over the years, we have developed pioneering businesses in fresh meat and processed foods. Our businesses have grown in tandem with the increasing popularity of red meat and poultry in Japan.
We recently stepped up efforts to expand in burgeoning Asian markets.
