Since our founding in 1931, Prima Meat Packers Ltd. has remained dedicated to valuing the bond we share with our customers and committed to providing our customers with safe ham, sausage, and meat products.

As Japanese food culture shifted to more western tastes and the demand for meat products in Japan began to grow, we changed our company name to Prima Meat Packers, which originates from our Prima Ham line of products, and have since continued to expand our business.

While continuing to embrace our founding spirit, we adopted a new, more customer-oriented management philosophy of "Be honest and dedicated. The lifeblood of Prima is its products and quality. Contribute to customers' lives by continuously innovating."

Food consumption occasions and sales channels diversify with the changing times.
