Points to note about disclosed information

• The information to be disclosed consists of the individual identification number, details of the individual, information on the farm, information on the feed, and information on the butcher.
• An individual identification number is a number used to identify an individual cow. From the time they are born, cattle are fitted with "ear tags" based on the individual identification number managed by the National Livestock Breeding Center so that their individual identification can be confirmed.
• The data are based on the self-reporting of cattle breeders and are not verified by a third party.
• The individual identification numbers for all beef products distributed in Japan can be retrieved from the website of the National Livestock Breeding Center
